Channel 4 recently commissioned a new daytime cookery show that cast a spotlight on the delicious recipes that come out of the Lake District. The show which featured celebrity chef Peter Sidwell, highlighted all the fabulous local ingredients and characters that supply them.
When they looked for a sponsor - the right company was on the doorstep - Lakeland. After all, they are the home of creative kitchenware.
When in turn, Lakeland looked for inspiration about how to bring to life the TV 'Idents', the answer lay with their creative agency CHS.
We set about the challenge of creating storyboards for the idents that teased-up the essence of the TV shows offering alongside the Lakeland proposition.
The results were so well received by the client that they insisted we Art-Direct the production.
